New product Activium is an organic mix of fertilizer and biochar that improves soil health, nutrient retention, and the visual appeal of the landscape’s design already being commercialized in new communities in Palm Beach County

Santana Equestrian Private Financial's (“SEQP”) organic bio-active mulch product, Activium, has swiftly entered the commercial market in Palm Beach County. This groundbreaking solution is making its mark on new communities like the new city of Westlake (figure 1), developed by Minto Group Inc., an award-winning developer of master-planned communities.

The distribution is spearheaded by Impact Landscape and Irrigation, LLC, a trusted company renowned for delivering comprehensive landscape management services to its customers. Activium's is presented in convenient 50-pound bags (figure 2) and is poised to transform the local landscaping scene in South Florida.

“Our new Activium is an organic bio-active mulch that combines organic fertilizer and biochar to improve soil health, foster plant growth, and enhance landscape design (fugure 3). It excels over traditional mulch by increasing soil carbon, restoring pH balance, and promoting water retention for healthier, more vibrant plants” added Paulo Santana, CEO of Santana Equestrian Private Financial (“SEQP”).

Activium offers an appealing “3-in-1 solution” combining an organic “mulchless” layer of material, the decorative benefits of biochar and proper plant nourishment, making it a comprehensive upgrade for landscape needs.
